Peninsula Fire Doors do not manufacture, but supply doors sourced from third-party manufacturers. This system leverages industry offerings at trade pricing whilst sourcing a wide range of available doorsets - both of stock and custom build.

Peninsula Fire Doors specialise in multi-storey residential buildings like apartment buildings, hotels, and similar projects. More broadly, the bulk supply/install/inspection market is something Peninsula are able to accommodate; so all major builds are within our scope of work.

Peninsula Fire Doors' install all fire-rated doors and solid core doors (irrespective of solid core type). Installation services do not include door frames.

You will recieve a Compliance Report certifying its compliance with Australian Standards or noting the repairs required to meet compliance.

This is dependent on the particular building class your fire-rated doors are installed. General speaking however, in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential buildings, side-hing fire doors require a 12-month maximum routine inspection. On top of regular inspections, functional issues or noticeable visual defects ought to be inspected as they are noticed.
